When using Vitra Promo, you may provide:

Product details (product name, price, category, tags, descriptions)
Product photos and media (images captured with camera or uploaded from storage)
Promo instructions (custom text instructions for video or promotional creation)
WhatsApp number/contact (only if you request promo delivery via WhatsApp)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect technical and diagnostic information such as:

Device model and operating system version
App version
Crash logs and performance diagnostics
Basic usage events (e.g. which features are used)

2. App Permissions & How They Are Used

2.1 Camera Permission

We request camera permission so that users can capture product images directly in the app for generating promos.

2.2 Storage Permission

We request storage access to allow users to upload product images from the device gallery and to save generated promo files (images, PDFs, videos) to the device.

2.3 Location Permission

We request location access to support business-based promotional features, such as:

Customizing promo content based on region or business location
Improving accuracy for business listings or delivery-related features (where applicable)

Location is not used for advertising or tracking across apps. If location is not necessary for your intended use, you may disable location permission, but some features may not work correctly.

Deliver generated promotional content to you (including via WhatsApp when enabled)
Manage and support user accounts created during onboarding

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We only share information in the following limited cases:

5. WhatsApp Delivery (Optional Feature)

If you opt into promo delivery via WhatsApp:

Your WhatsApp number is used only to deliver your completed promos.
We do not read your WhatsApp messages.
We do not access your WhatsApp contacts.

6. Data Storage & Retention

We retain uploaded product information and generated promo content only as long as necessary to:

Provide promo generation services
Allow re-generation or re-download where supported
Maintain service records for account support and system auditing

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information, including secure storage and restricted access. However, no system can guarantee complete security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Vitra Promo is intended for business users and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
